Daniel David-trained Steal The Glory lived up to his name with an excellent display of sprinting ability when he lifted the Gamble For Love Cup at the Calcutta racecourse on Wednesday. The shocker of the day came in the form of Pursuit of Power running in the Norwegian Wood Handicap. Despite being burdened with a crushing impost of 62kg, not only did Maseyk collar the hot public choice Aveline but did it even while losing considerable ground as the six-year-old mare finished on the outer rails.
