There will be a Contest of Skill to attract the public. The first prize will be a return ticket to Europe sponsored by Panalpina plus a host of other attractive prizes that will be given away by contest of skill or by lucky draws sponsored by the Hotel Le Meridien and more.
"The Indo German Day is a landmark for the Club, making it the first time ever that seven international companies have sponsored a full day's card. The Christmas Fest in conjunction with our racing is another first. We hope this is the precursor of a grand association,'' said Mr. Vivek Jain, Chairman, Marketing, Media & Public Relations Working Group.
Mr. Peter Deubet, Deputy Director General, Indo-German Chamber of Commerce stated "The Indo-German Chamber and their Associates are extremely happy to have been able to bring in the Mumbai Christmas Fest and Racing Carnival.
This event has been made possible thanks to the generous sponsorships by IGCC's members. Six of the members have sponsored the Racing Carnival, these are Audi, BASF, Duesseldorf International Airport, ITB, Panalpina and Sixt Car Rental. Other sponsors include Munich Re, Bosch Rexroth, Siemens, Bayer, Ernst & Young, Messe Munich, C.Illies and Dr. Oetker.
Come prepared for typical German Christmas cakes and cookies for the first time in India. The IGCC is expecting a large turnout of its members, major schools, Diplomats, Corporate Houses and more. The "Mumbai Christmas Fest" is guaranteed to be a grand annual event celebrating Christmas the IGCC way! "
