ROYAL ASCOT LIVE FOR INDIAN VIEWERS

TV channel Ten Sports as part of its endeavour to bring top class racing to Indian viewers will be showing the world's most famous race meeting, Royal Ascot, live from today, Tuesday 15th June 2004.

Telecast begins at 6 P.M. and will continue till 10 P.M. every day until Saturday 19th June 2004.

Royal Ascot is Europe's most popular race meeting attracting more than 300,000 people over its five days. It is the centrepiece of the English Flat racing year and combines tradition, fashion, pageantry and style with high quality sporting action.

Top jockeys and horses from England, Ireland, France, America, Australia and Dubai are expected to compete for some of the biggest prizes in the sport.
